In this role you will maintain the organization's private cloud multi data center environment. Primary responsibilities include making changes to servers and/or network devices.
- Fulfill the service request by due date based on the existing procedures as assigned.
- Make suggestions to improve existing procedures for service requests including fundamental procedure changes based on an issue/error detected and resolved
- Identify, record and report improvement ideas.
- Escalate unexpected incidents or difficulties.
- Experience maintaining network systems as a Network / Systems Engineer.
- able to operate directory transfer/file edit on the platforms in Windows and/or Linux environments
- able to execute commands based on existing procedures.
- ability to escalate issues if the existing procedure has errors.
