We are currently seeking a Oracle Technical Project Manager to join our team in irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Day to Day job Duties

  • Brainstorming.
  • Planning the project.
  • Scheduling and designation of project tasks to team members.
  • Execution of each phase of the project.
  • Managing the project's budget.
  • Communicating with all stakeholders.
  • Understand complexities of a large ERP program and provide guidance for the development teams.
  • Negotiate scope, schedule, and funding with external IT and business partners.
  • Establish common goals across multiple teams, and define useful metrics and reporting to track team performance
  • Lead team through the completion of all phases of the project.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of experience Technologies such as Oracle
  • 5+ Years of experience project management experience, preferably in Oracle ERPs
  • 5+ Years of experience Oracle Marketing Cloud platform with familiarity of other digital marketing platforms & customer experience cloud-based solutions
  • Must have successfully managed a minimum of 3 full lifecycle Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects
  • 5+ Years of Experience Experience planning and executing detailed activities related to business requirements development; Conference Room Pilot (CRP) testing cycles, system integration testing , end user training and detailed cut-over planning
  • 5+ Years of experience on Accountable for managing the lifecycle for a complex cross functional body of work that has a long term positive impact on the company
  • 5+ Years of Proficiency with SQL and RDBMS technologies
  • 5+ Years of experience in Establish collaborative and productive relationships with product management, governance, UX design, vendors and other supporting teams.
  • 5+ Years of experience in Foster an environment of engineering excellence and innovation.
  • 5+ Years of experience Working closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features and programs.
  • 5+ Years of experience Defining and organize the program, outline tenets, analyze data, drive performance improvements, and influence resource allocation for all stages of execution (from ideation to delivery)
  • 5+ Years of experience in Own planning, standups, demos, retrospectives and the execution of your sprints.
  • 5+ Years of experience Removing blockers and always find the path forward in challenging situations
  • 5+ Years of experience in Keeping technical debt in check.
  • Bachelor's Degree
