It supports the vision and values of Wells Fargo by providing expert, creative, cost-effective, and timely advice and services to all Wells Fargo businesses and support functions. We operate in accordance with the highest standards of judgment, integrity, and ethical leadership to find creative solutions that best serve our customers, prudently manage risks, and contribute to Wells Fargo’s enterprise success.The successful candidate will join a team of matrixed resources who are responsible for the handling and resolution of alignment and applicability questions raised by the Bank’s compliance and internal control functions, in partnership with our lines of business attorneys. Analyze questions from internal partners to determine scope based on parameters identified Coordinate with team lead on attorney assignment Track questions assigned to subject matter experts and coordinate follow-ups as necessary Maintain tracker identifying subject matter experts Maintain and organize shared inbox used for communication with internal partners Prepare daily PowerPoint slide to provide update/status for team leads Perform quality control and final delivery of responses to internal partners Point of contact for questions related to the process (e.g., where key deliverables are located, how to use the site created for this process, etc.) Prepare and maintain process guides and workflows Track and prepare reports related to key metrics (e.g., volume of questions received, response types, average response time, etc.) Identify and recommend process improvements to team leadsDisclaimer: RWF- Please note that "RWF" is an identifier for internal recruiting purposes only and has no connection to the nature or responsibilities of the job.Required Qualifications6+ years of paralegal experience demonstrated through work or military experience

3+ years of focused practice in a concentrated area of law demonstrated through work or military experience
