Job Description: 1. 8+years of Experience in Performance testing and HP Load Runner. 2. Ability to analyze and understand non-functional requirements 3. Experience in defining business scenarios for performance scripting 4. Experience in creating performance test plan and approach documents 5. Experience in Performance Test scripting in HP Vugen with all protocols. 6. Experience in troubleshooting/debugging performance test scripts. 7. Experience in performance test script maintenance and reusability concepts. 9. Experience in performance test script executions in performance center. 10. Experience in performance test results, analysis and reporting. 11. Knowledge in source/version control concepts for performance test scripts. 11. Knowledge in performance defects and Application performance monitoring 12. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. 13. Experience in onsite-offshore model QA projects. 14.
