Job Summary Join our team of over 5,000 employees globally, who provide the insights through data and next generation technology that help millions of people find, buy and protect the homes they love. From the beginning, CoreLogic has been driven by a single purpose - to innovate and create solutions that solve our clients' toughest challenges in the housing market. CoreLogic is the trusted source for property intelligence, with deep knowledge of powerful economic, social, and environmental forces that promote healthy housing markets and thriving communities.

We apply that same dedication to creating a diverse and inclusive work culture that inspires innovation and bold thinking. A place where individuals can work on small teams, feel valued, and directly impact the real estate industry. We believe our team members are the best in the business, and we will continue to recruit, retain, develop and reward our most important asset - our people!

Job Description:

Who We're Looking For

Joining CoreLogic means working on the cutting edge of the industry with next-gen technology such as cloud native applications, machine learning, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, drones, and more. We are constantly developing innovative solutions that make the real estate ecosystem smarter, more connected and more efficient.

At CoreLogic we strive to be innovative - our state-of-the-art R&D Center is both a statement of intent and a catalyst for ourselves to automate the industries we serve and fundamentally make it easier for consumers to find, buy and protect their biggest asset - their home.

CoreLogic built their R&D facility for 3 reasons:
  • Act as a catalyst and accelerator to drive new innovative solutions to take to market
  • Co-innovate with strategic clients and partners on new solutions
  • Inspire our employees - to educate and inspire our staff through visualizations to identify new solutions.

Surprisingly, housing data is complex and nuanced - it's a living breathing entity, whether it is improving or degrading over time. Furthermore, the underlying processes that support property development, real estate, mortgage underwriting and servicing, insurance underwriting and claims processes are complex, have many constituents and are heavily regulated. We at CoreLogic live and breathe our data and how it powers the real estate economy and how we can improve it.

What You'll Be Doing to Drive Innovation

You will work closely with designers, product managers and clients to develop innovative ideas and aggressive goals while jointly working with developers and designers to prioritize, plan and deliver solutions incrementally toward a minimum viable product (MVP). You will have the opportunity to lead multiple projects from end-to-end: collaborating with large profile technology partners owning day to day backlogs, stories and features for the next generation of products and platforms.

You will be a thought leader in Lean Product & Software Design principles, mentoring the team in these practices and principles. You'll collaborate with the team to optimize the use of cutting edge technology that solves our industry's most compelling challenges while providing story definition and guidance to assist the team with estimates, sequencing and objectives. At the same time, you're responsible for maintaining the technical integrity of the entire solution and its subsystems.

You will be agile, adaptable and retrospective; not afraid to identify what we are doing wrong so we can fix it and what we are doing right so we can improve on it.

Job Qualification:

Why YOU Qualify
