Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Process Consultant Risk & Controls for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier financial Banking clients. 4 months with option to extend Location is flexible but will require 2-3 days onsite Responsibilities :
- Document process maps for Global Wealth Management Risk group.
- Work with stakeholders/SME to understand process steps, inputs, outputs. Define process scope, objective, identify roles and responsibilities.
- Determine process success criteria. Review documented controls associated with the process. Identify control gaps.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related master's degree is highly preferred. 10+ years of experience in financial industry and 5+ year of experience in risk management with a strong background in risk and controls.
- Six Sigma Certification, PMP Preferred
- Excellent judgment and independent decision-making ability.
- Strong energetic lead with advanced presentation and communication skills.
- Effectiveness in working within a large-scale and complex organization is essential.
- Effective negotiation skills, a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues and strength in sustaining independent views .
