DescriptionAre you currently seeking a check processing position where you could utilize your organizational skills and great attention to detail? An expanding Bank - International company is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join their growing team. As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and finance support functions, especially correctly entering large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases. Located in Irving, Texas, this Data Entry Clerk role is a long term temporary-to-fulltime opportunity.Your responsibilities in this role
Handling materials containing highly confidential information
Reviewing customer and account source documents for deficiencies
Completing additional tasks as needed
Gathering, sorting, and prioritizing data for computer entry
Utilizing policies and procedures to continue operations; communicating necessary changes
Providing support for data entry and additional administrative tasks
Following techniques and procedures for data program and meeting data entry requirements

10 Key Accounting experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills
Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Strong computer skills including customer database systems
