The Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.The Project Manager has the responsibilities to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environmentKnowledge and experience in Agile, SAFe Agile methodologiesExperience in Managing Software migration project is a plusExperience in facilitating scrum ceremonies and Agile cadences- Sprint planning, retrospective, System demoIntermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior LeadershipProven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needsProven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple Business units in order to achieve a common business objectiveInterpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment Responsible for:

Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of businessManage on-site/Off-site project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to the Agile Process and meet project milestonesFull project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneouslyManage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectivesDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, senior leadership and key stakeholdersEnsure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standardsWork creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellencePrepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the projectManage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetingsProvide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadershipUnderstand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needsDemonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address business goals while maintaining alignment with Project DeliverablesManage project scope , changes and qualityDevelop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issuesDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnelMonitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverablesExtensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques - Agile, Scaled AgileBe a representative of the Project team and participate in several ART ceremonies as needed
