Job Description:

The Enterprise Systems IAM Project Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of solutions service delivery, project tracking/coordination for CoreLogic's Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services team.
  • Managing multiple medium to large projects with complex interdependencies
  • Developing detailed project plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
  • Deliver reporting and metrics to demonstrate volume, value and trending of project activities
  • Collaborate with various applications teams and ensure projects remain on time and in scope
  • System analysis and writing business and functional specifications
  • Identifying and quantifying issues and risks
  • Support the collaborative team environment by partnering with other staff to meet all deliverables.
  • Developing and managing project budgets and understanding of software capitalization.
  • Facilitating meetings with complex, cross functional and distributed teams.
Job Qualifications:
  • Project and program management experience
  • Prior experience with IAM projects leading initiatives around identity & access management and entitlement management
  • High level knowledge and exposure with various ID administration processes for platforms (Windows) and Operating Systems (Windows, or Unix/Linux), Databases (Oracle, SQL etc.), SSO, LDA
  • Experience supporting multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members in offshore / on-site model including Product Owners, Software Engineers and QA Engineers
  • Experience in managing and executing in both waterfall and agile SDLC
  • Proficiency with MS project and experience with collaborative application development platforms like JIRA, Team forge
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills; strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Strong collaborative skills with an ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and non-technical business users as well as support and influence remote personnel
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Multi-tasker with strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • PMP certification preferred
