- As Personal Banking and Wealth Management Technology (PBWMT) Consent Order (CO) Technical Project Manager, candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on integrated Risk and Control (R&C) CO Book of Work (BoW).
- Candidate will lead identifying dependencies, manage project activities to execute phase-level regulatory commitments.
- This role will liaise among key Technology and Business and Risk partners across the firm.
- This role will be required to lead status meetings, build and report on project status, risks and issues as well as weekly and monthly reporting on R&C CO BoW.
- This role will also be responsible for driving PBWMT enrichment exercises with various stakeholders to define the R&C CO BoW.
- This role will lead change management related to the BoW.
- This role will be responsible for managing relationships and project activities across NAM, APAC and Mexico as related to the R&C CO BoW.
- Lead CO project planning activities including scope assessment, dependency mapping, resource allocation, and enrichment exercises
- Create re-usable reporting and operating rhythm artifacts
- Assess Consent technology requirements and identify impacted technology groups
- Facilitate Consent Transformation workshops to align cross-functional team on priorities and execution plans as well as enrichment exercises
- Execute weekly or Adhoc Consent Transformation status meeting, highlighting key risks and issues to Transformation lead
- 8 plus years of experience managing complex technology projects
- 8 plus years of experience managing Risk and Control projects
- Advanced experience in building strategic and status presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience building project plans with Microsoft Project
- Advanced Experience in Microsoft Excel (Macros, V Lookups and other formulas)
- Experience in JIRA
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work well across multiple functional groups
- Excellent influencing, meeting organization, facilitation skills
- Ability to prioritize competing deliverables and adapt well to change.
