Role: Salesforce Production Support

Location: Irving, TX

Job Description ::

Salesforce deployments - code and config changes
Salesforce administration
Salesforce monitoring
Troubleshooting issues in salesforce applications
Provide technical support for new projects, enhancements and fixes
Support Salesforce.com Admins as necessary to set up fields, profiles, roles, security, and other configurations
Generating reports in salesforce

Should have:

Experience in using various salesforce tools
Salesforce certification a plus
Integration experience with other tools (NetSuite, Marketo)
