The Company and the Role:Reporting to the SAP Integration and Design Lead, SAP Business Analyst will support the SAP project across multiple business lines in North America working hand-in-hand with IT, SAP Project Team, Global Process Owners, and NAM Businesses. The SAP Business Analyst will conduct end-to-end process documentation and troubleshooting activities where necessary. This role will work across project work streams, corporate functional departments, and business stakeholders. This opportunity is perfect for an analytical type professional eager to learn new processes and technology with an industry leader. This position will focus on technical and non-technical components of the deployed ecosystem across all business applications. What you’ll get to do:Interacts with non-information technology related business areas to identify requirements, scope, and support implementation of solutions.Provides end-to-end coverage for the process and design documentation needed to support work stream integration points.Facilitate the knowledge transfer and migration from post go-live support to ongoing production support.Perform ongoing design and document of process controls to ensure sustainable, effective business processes are maintained.Evaluate the requirements gathering and implement an improved product delivery life cycle.Drives continuous improvements with use of technology solutions by demonstrating value add propositions.

Who we are looking for:Two years or more experience in a dynamic business environment performing business analysis and process design.Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline or equivalent technical work experience.Knowledge of SAP business processes, master data, and their interdependencies.Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a plus.Skilled with redesigning processes for technology driven business applications.Ability to transform and support advanced business functions and requirements into design.Ability to work collaboratively in a team.Ability to flourish in an ambiguous working environment.
