Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Warehouse experience. Join their team as a Sr. Business Analyst and become a key player in driving ERP success for our Client. With a focus on the Warehouse, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the inner workings of D365 Business Central and become an expert in our Client's unique processes.Your role will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our Direct-To-Garment (DTG) assembly orders and shipping processes. By analyzing and optimizing business processes, you'll have a direct impact on operational efficiency and help them achieve their corporate goals.This is a chance to challenge yourself and make a meaningful contribution to our Client's growing success.This is an onsite position and requires candidates to have MS Dynamics and Warehousing experience.Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a warehouse/logistics functional analyst for the Irving TX warehouse.
  • Ensure successful delivery of ERP projects, providing business value, streamlined processes, and efficiencies, specifically for Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics.
  • Work closely with the Microsoft VAR and warehouse on Dynamics 365 Business Central Adv. Warehousing and DMS Insight Works Insights, License Plating, Adv. Inventory Count, and Dynamic Ship.
  • Work closely with the Microsoft VAR and warehouse on Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management warehousing, BOM Journals, and shipping applications and processes.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on streamlined processes and efficiencies, particularly in order fulfillment processes, such as picking, packing, and shipping. Business and technical requirements analysis, solutioning, testing, and training.
  • Coordinate with the Microsoft partner and ISV partners on supporting, solutioning, and implementing supply chain initiatives for efficiencies and streamlined processes.
  • Perform functional testing and facilitate user acceptance testing and training. Support inventory processes including cycle counting and physical inventories.
  • Perform time studies with efficiencies and streamlined processes in mind.
  • Manage software development lifecycle for approved supply chain development activities, including support, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with the various business units, both Accounting and Operations.
  • Communicate regularly with business stakeholders.
  • Support IT Controls, including Functional and User Testing Signoffs and Security / Segregation of Duties.
  • Among other projects. Contractor shall perform the Services from his own offices and using his own equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS Required
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a Functional Lead with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (previously MS Dynamics NAV).
  • Experience as a functional lead on multiple ERP implementations, one of which must be a full life cycle implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV).
  • Expert level experience with sales, purchasing, inventory, assembly, and warehouse functionality within MS Dynamics BC.
  • Expert level expertise with business process design and refinement.
  • Expert level experience with functional design, configuration and process alignment with a detailed understanding of D365 Business Central concepts and module functionality.
  • Thorough understanding of D365 Business Central processes and best practices with solid knowledge of recommended ISV's.
  • Supply Chain experience in both B2C and B2B industries.
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, solutioning, testing, and training.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence, specifically designing and testing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Industry experience in consumer goods, i.e. Apparel, Backpacks, Headwear, Accessories, or other similar business experience with multiple product variants.
  • Best practice knowledge with regards to Accounting and Supply Chain processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple high priority initiatives.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to effectively prioritize.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, a plus.
  • Experience with licensing and royalties.
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, a plus.
  • Experience working with True Commerce integrations, a plus.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics, a plus.
  • Six Sigma or APICs certifications, a plus.
  • Direct-to-Garment experience, a plus.
In addition to full benefits, the target annual salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 and will be determined by the client based on a candidate's experience.
