- Support the review and Interpretation of creative briefs along side members of the experience design team
- Document customer goals, business requirements, technical constraints, and ensure they fit within the project parameters
- Track the utilization of resources (FTE and AWF) and organize projects and workflow to maximize productivity and engagement
- Support Creatives, Strategists and Producers and other team members to develop effective end-to-end customer experiences across all channels
- Regularly attend kick-off, status meetings and Scrum to ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders, at all stages, of every project
- Communicate with internal stakeholders about production recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions
