About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an ambitious Senior Talent Acquisition Initiatives Lead to join our Talent Acquisition Operations Team within Human Resources! This exciting role would provide leadership on key initiatives for Talent Acquisition, strengthen connections across HR and the enterprise, and increase our bench strength to support transformational efforts across HR and Talent Acquisition. Function as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to ensure effective implementation of high-profile, complex initiatives.

Provide process improvement/process efficiency opportunities within TA by acting as an advisor to recruiting teams and HR leaders to drive TA processes and improvement initiatives.

Partner with senior managers in the business and HR to assess gaps and establish initiatives to support our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) recruiting efforts.

Partner across HR COEs (Talent, Comp, Operations) to support HR transformational efforts on complementary initiatives that positively impact the employee and manager experience, improve our financial strength, and build talent across the business.

Achieve Talent Acquisition financial targets through resource optimization.

Lead risk and compliance-related initiatives identified through TA Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).

Consult on other opportunities related to hiring DE&I best practices.

Provide operational support for TA processes and programs for the TA organization.

Analyze metrics to strengthen existing processes within TA and HR.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

7-8 years of relevant, professional Human Resources experience.

Master's degree in Business Administration or related master's degree.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Demonstrated experience with DE&I programs and processes within in a large organization.

Process improvements/process efficiencies experience within TA.

Experience leading, managing, and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives.

Experience in one or more of the following HR disciplines: Talent Acquisition, DE&I, Strategy, Operations, Talent Development, Change Management.

Advanced data management experience to include analyzing data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing conclusions and reporting.

Understanding of HR data and HR employee lifecycle processes (e.g., talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DE&I, engagement, employee listening, learning and development, external benchmarking etc.).

Enterprise program management experience (including, but not limited to, needs assessments, developing strategy, building business cases, data/metrics, influencing, and execution).

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy with experience compiling and summarizing information in a compelling way that tells a story which can be shared with senior leaders within the organization.

Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations through excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).

Experience driving business priorities while managing risk and compliance.

Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment while also collaborating in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

Experience working in financial services, consulting, or in another highly regulated environment.

Job Expectations:

Position will require 3 or more days in the office and up to 2 days remotely per week from any of the following required locations: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; West Des Moines, IA; San Antonio, TX; Irving, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Chandler, AZ.

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
