    About This Opportunity

    Responsibilities

    Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services from inception and design, throughout development, capacity planning, and launch reviews, to deployment, operation, and refinementDesign and implement software platforms and monitor frameworks for efficient, automated, and intelligent service-oriented architecture (SOA) governanceScale systems sustainably through mechanisms such as C 14 and evolve systems reliability, efficiency, and velocity by pushing for changesPractice sustainable user support, incident response, and blameless postmortems.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific disciplineAbility to program (structured and OO) with one or more high level languages, such as Python, Java, and or any of the JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular or VueJS (2 - 5 years of experience)2-5 years of experience in cloud computing, DevOps and all related automation disciplines

    Experience in Agile development processFamiliarity with OS technologies like Unix/Linux.

    Strong interest in SRE topics like SLOs, resilience, scaling, performance, and more

    A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecksAbility to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks
