It all begins with you.The Enterprise Customer Excellence Group (ECEG) brings together customer-focused functions from across the enterprise to provide a holistic approach to critical points of interaction with Wells Fargo customers. The group, which includes the Enterprise Complaints Management Office, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence and Net Promoter System, is responsible for understanding the causes of issues that affect customers, and providing solutions that ensure customers' needs are understood and supported. The group is also accountable for ensuring regulators' expectations are met and that employees have the tools and training necessary for success.The RoleThis newly created position will help shape and transform Wells Fargo's Customer Remediation Analytics program. As a strategy consultant reporting directly to the Head of Customer Remediation Analytics, you will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives to support program and process optimization efforts, coordinating CR Analytics engagement in regulatory and compliance initiatives and challenging the status quo to promote high-quality processes and continuous improvement. This role will require the individual to work closely with stakeholders across the enterprise, in the Lines of Business, the CR COE functions including across CR Analytics. The key responsibilities of this role include:Lead process optimization, redesign and significant change management initiatives focused on translating identified opportunities into actionable program enhancements

Collaborate with other CR COE teams, and key partners in Control and IRM teams to coordinate CR Analytics support for regulatory commitments

Manage CR Analytics corrective actions and other compliance initiatives

Maintain close connections with CR Analytics LOB-aligned and functional teams, LOB analytics teams and Enterprise data management teams to foster continued improvement of CR Analytics program

Required Qualifications8+ years of strategic planning experience

Other Desired QualificationsExperience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing change

Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department

Knowledge and understanding of financial services

Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation: creation of detailed design and technical artifacts

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Ability to work cohesively and collaborate with analytic functions throughout the organization

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
