Do it here.What you’ll be doingYou’ll be supporting the continued expansion of the Radio Access Network inventory transformation expansion especially focused on Middle Material including the expansion of 1ERP transformation andFUZE BOM planning through the demand and supply planning. You will be focused on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Partners to plan material for cabinet assembly. Inventory forecast accuracy and rolling forecast (future prediction) to partner with the OEM.

Create MR’s (Material Request) to move pooled items into AWAT Assembly.

Build andoptimize standard operating procedures (SOP) andtrain other team members.

Process Improvement to forecast for inventory while managing supply inventory.

Take the pooling process (grouping together assets) to the next level andequipment integration.

Manage internal and external stakeholders through the Demand to Supply Plan Process.

Closely work with RAN Field andAWAT(Assemblty Wiring And Testing) partner(s).

Review Fuze demand for cabinet assembly and match with supply plan. Create AWAT forecast assembly schedule.

Translate AWAT forecast schedule into specific work instructions for AWAT vendor (take individual cabinet demand by project from field and translate to specific assembly instructions for that cabinet to AWAT vendor). Automate andstreamline the process.

Create MR's (Material Request) to move pooled items into AWAT Assembly.

Build and optimize standard operating procedures (SOP) and train other team members.

Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

A degree.

Experience in analytics, finance and budgeting.

Demonstrated independent thinking, relationship management and attention to detail.

Demonstrated strong analytical, communication, leadership and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, team environment.

Clear, Concise Communication skills.
