RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client in Irving, TX is seeking a UX Designer who will be focused on creating designs (low-fidelity to hi-fidelity) and end-to-end user flows for our enterprise digital solutions.
Duties: Design System Contributor: Our design system language is in development and evolving; As a member on this team, it will be expected that you will be an active contributor in this evolution UI Layout: It will be necessary to convert the architectural strategies into high-fidelity layouts that conform to a pre-defined design systemREQUIREMENTS: Bachelors/4 Year degree; Degree will preferably be in HCI or Computer Science; Experience will be considered in lieu of degree Years of relevant work experience: 5+ YearsSuccess in this role revolves around three key tenets of understanding: Understanding the users' perspective Design governance and working with design systems Assisting with the management of the UX backlog Tactful soft skills and being an active listener are a must Clearly communicating the rationale behind design decisions High-level understanding of heuristics and research Thinking beyond making something pretty Able to have the empathy for the user Enterprise Interactive Design Experience in working with offshore development is a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
