The VP of Enterprise Risk Management Governance should have 5+ years of experience liaising with senior stakeholders, managing project deliverables and developing executive level presentations within a Risk or Finance functionJob Responsibilities include: Partner with ERA and Risk Pools to ensure a complete understanding of activities and deliverables for Phase II+ within the Consent Order Assist with the drafting of scoping documents, artifact design, and validation strategies for Transformation work Coordinate calls and periodic reviews with Internal Risk Pools, Internal Audit, Central PMO, TPO and key stakeholders to plan and review remediation progress, scope and artifacts Assist the issue management pillar within ERM to ensure evidence and artifacts provided are sufficient to meet Internal Audit validation expectations and requirements Develop a granular understanding of the drivers behind gaps and milestones and work to provide strategic resolution and standardization of the relevant processes used to manage the control environment Support ERA (Enterprise Risk Analytics) and the Central PMO team with ad hoc projects and deliverables related to Stress Testing Transformation initiativesSkillset: Highly motivated with attention to detail, team oriented, organized, pro-active Proven ability to assess complex issues and identify potential solutions Understanding of regulatory requirements for stress testing, governance and internal control processes - across a combination of market risk, wholesale, counterparty and retail credit risk, and liquidity risk Excellent written and verbal executive level communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and policy interpretations through concise and clear messaging Ability to assess complex issues through root cause analysis and other analytical techniques; structure potential solutions; drive to resolution with senior stakeholders Understanding of program management concepts and best practices Have the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomyEducation: Bachelor's/University degree in a finance, business, or a technical disciplineJob Family Group:Risk ManagementJob Family:Regulatory RiskTime Type:Full timePrimary Location:Irving Texas United StatesPrimary Location Salary Range:$121,560.00 - $182,340.00Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi”) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
