We have the answers for you!You will focus on building measurement framework to evaluate the efficiency of Citi branch network productivity. You will help us to optimize the branch productivities by prioritizing the bankers’ day using data driven strategies.You will be the subject matter expert on branch network related analytics, drive strategic initiatives and solve day to day tactical problems. This role will perform deep analytics to understand customer behavior, identify emerging risks and highlight areas of opportunities. We are looking for a self-starter with strong work ethic. Develop consultative relationships with Branch Network Executives and act as day-to-day branch analytics point of contact, help direct inquiries and answer questions.
Deliver data driven insights and actionable recommendations.
Research, develop and implement new methods to summarize and analyze data. Act as the subject matter expert on branch related data.
Develop advanced analytics using an assortment of algorithms, modeling methods, and techniques, e.g., predictive modeling, text mining, statistical forecasting and analysis, optimization, and simulation modeling.
Prepare & present findings to management and collaborate with business partners.
Execute day to day project management for on-going initiatives to ensure quality of deliverables and ensure timelines are met
Coach and lead junior team members in analysis methods and approaches.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in analytics and modeling or relevant area.
Excellent quantitative and analytic skills; ability to derive patterns, trends, and insights, and perform risk/reward trade-off analysis.
Extensive hands-on coding experience across various big data environments with at least one of below language: Python, Impala, Hive, SAS, SQL, etc.
Experience in Big Data platforms and related technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Apache Spark, H2O, Teradata etc.
Strategic thinking and thought leadership to identify and communicate business opportunities.
GIS experience and background a plus but not required.
Ability to build effective presentations to communicate analytical findings to a wide array of audiences.
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment dealing with ambiguous business challenges.
Education:
Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
