- Provide expert level build, troubleshoot and resolve virtual desktop issues. Resolve Automation application issues on Windows and Linux with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Identify opportunities to automate manual or redundant processes
- Provide operational support to maintain a reliable and healthy Horizon View and vCenter environment
- Driving productivity, recommending improvements, remediation and operational excellence using quality methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with other client internal technology teams to ensure robustness, scalability, and global applicability of solutions
- Persuade and influence others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills
- Write Run Books/Knowledge Base articles for lower-level teams and conduct effective training sessions
- On-call shifts will be scheduled on a rotational basis
- Experienced in troubleshooting virtual desktop/Windows and Linux/Windows servers operations environment
- Experienced in managing day to day operations with Horizon View and vCenter infrastructure
- Able to understand core infrastructure issues and guide businesses on troubleshooting
- Experience with scripting automation (PowerShell, Python etc.)
- Experience in user/machine policy management (GPO, Ivanti)
- Application, Security patch and configuration deployment software (SCCM, HP Radia)
- Experience with managing and implement monitoring configurations (AppDynamics, VROps, Systrack etc.)
- Understanding with automation technologies (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Work Fusion, or other automation technologies)
