Position Summary: The HRIS and HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for technical and functional applications supporting the HR systems, teams and processes. Applications include ADP, LMS, Convercent and Computershare. The HRIS and HR Systems Analyst works to gather and document detailed requirements for business needs and translate those into technical specifications. This role will collaborate with other team members to determine functional and/or technical solutions and designs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with HR, Learning and Development, Legal, Finance and IT in the deployment of new processes and system functionality.
  • Maintain and configure ADP, the LMS, Computershare and Convercent to support changes and program implementations identified by business and HR team.
  • Works closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, goals, and gaps in order to design, build, test and deploy intelligent and scalable solutions.
  • Conduct periodic/regular reviews of the business processes to identify improvements and work with stakeholders and HR teams to implement those changes.
  • Develop process documents and standards and maintains process documents for HR Business processes.
  • Facilitate change management that drives the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements/upgrades.
  • Coordinates and performs system testing to ensure requirements are met and system upgrades/releases are implemented smoothly including tracking issues through UAT to resolution and securing end user acceptance
  • Participate in the change management and go live support processes during upgrades; maintain end-user training and job aids.
  • Regularly performs system audits to ensure the efficiency of processes, data integrity, and sox compliance.
  • Provide ongoing integration support and maintenance and help implement solutions for enhancement to functionality
  • Assist team in providing user guidance and system help as needed
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and packaged analytics using the available reporting technical platforms and applications including but not limited to: ADP, survey tools, ATS, LMS, hiring assessment tools, etc.
  • Build advanced ADP reports, dashboards, and scorecards including proficient use of calculated fields, charts and graphs.
  • Develop workforce surveys of varying size, complexity, and frequency in areas such as engagement, hiring and exit surveys, culture, etc.
  • Act as liaison to HR and business leads for all HR metrics.
  • Complete HR Administration activities (e.g. reviewing and approving name changes).
  • Monitor and run interfaces in partnership with IT.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree - Required, (preferably in computer science or related field)
  • 2-4 years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience, with 1+ years of project management experience a plus. Systems implementation experiences a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with ADP preferred.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of employees.
  • Strong organization and prioritizing skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and current practices.
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently; can anticipate needs and work proactively.
  • Adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities.
