Infra Project Manager Irving, TX12+months
- Experience in successfully managing complex projects and programs
- Project planning, estimating, monitoring and reporting through the full project lifecycle, from initiation through closure.
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure/ Data center
- Ability to lead global distributed teams.
- Basic knowledge of virtual environments, network, and related technology applications, large scale enterprise data centers, databases, storage, cloud
- Strong Project Management skills/working knowledge of the techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs and resources
- Basic knowledge of virtual environments, network, and related technology applications, large scale enterprise data centers, databases, storage, cloud
- Basic understanding of trading environment, low latency networks, and regulatory requirements
- Able to maintain and report project delivery tracking and metrics
- Able to articulate the project lifecycle
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Pivot Tables, vertical and horizontal look ups, ‘what if’ scenario analysis
- Strong Microsoft Project Skills: Project schedule building/editing with multiple dependencies/schedule shifting
- Strong PowerPoint and Visio skills. Visual representation of data in charts and graph
- Additional, preferred: Prior experience in Trading environment within another financial institution
