Sr Project Manager for ISP Refresh Project: Previous project management experience with IT computer hardware refresh along with cloud migration is required to be successful.
Responsibilities:- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Communication and management of all project issues
- Manage all tasks and people and communicating weekly status to leadership
- Manage multiple vendors both internal and external
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation across projects
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate issues and blockers to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- 7+ years of experience in waterfall and agile project management
- 5+ years of experience with Scrum as Scrum Master
- Highly responsible, self-disciplined, self-managed, self-motivated, able to work with little or no supervision
- Passion to understand, learn, and dissect new technologies quickly on your own
- Extensive experience working on multiple projects at a time in a fast paced, results oriented environment
- Master's degree
- 10+ years of Project Management experience
- 1+ year of working with AWS / Cloud Migration
- Experience in Cloud Computing
- Project management retail or store experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
