- Safety and Soundness Risk and Issues Manager
- Technical Program Manager-Expert is a strategic Governance, Risk, and Controls leader who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering all present risks internally and externally.
- Candidate will work with partners to drive thoughtful remediation and enhancements to the organizations risk posture.
- This role requires advanced understanding of challenges and common threats within a technology and development organization.
- This candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and operating a strategic, risk-based program for the GRC, Issue Management, and Audit domains of client's Safety and Soundness program.
- Client's goal is to implement appropriate practices to protect the organization and its stakeholders while supporting client's strategic objectives.
- The ideal candidate will have experience building, operating, and maturing effective programs to manage Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
- As a key addition to the Safety and Soundness Leadership Team, reporting to the North America head of Safety and Soundness this candidate will play a critical role in coordinating strategy, obtaining results, sustaining excellence and nurturing team culture and growth.
- This is a leadership role with regular interactions with client's CIO as well as many different IT and Business Leaders.

- Deliver projects and programs; facilitate agreement on objectives and success measures, provide overall project or program issue resolution and roadblock removal.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Cyber Security.
- Technology Risk Management or related field.
- Hands-on and strong experience 10 plus years within Security or Risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to decipher and prioritize asks accordingly
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry Risk management frameworks, common mitigation practices, and Organizational control management.
- Experience with cloud computing, online services, enterprise software development (Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, SecDevOps), engineering and/or operations at scale.
- Knowledge of operational security capabilities including access control, network security, secure configuration and vulnerability management, intrusion detection, security monitoring and incident response.
- Proven track record of with auditors, both internal and regulatory to drive positive audit results with strong remediation paths.
- Proven solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate status, risks, and issues to executive management.
- Governance and Risk Certification a plus (CRISC, CISM, CISA, or CISSP)
- 12 months/C2H
