    The Company

    7Drive is 7-Eleven's delivery division and we're on a mission to bring on-demand delivery to cities and towns throughout the United States.

    The Opportunity

    The Logistics Recruiter and Analyst is responsible for overseeing and facilitating Healthy Delivery Markets by maintaining a balance between order volumes and driver supply chain operations. Your duties will include implementation of new markets, stabilization of existing markets, and working within a team setting to coordinate, forecast, fulfill, and report on the health of the delivery markets and driver supply.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and maintain the health of existing markets by working with Delivery Operations, Sales, and Driver Recruiting
    • Execute on the product roadmap by working with cross functional teams to implement new delivery markets and strategies
    • Design and Implement strategies of growth within existing markets that increase order volumes and meet operational metrics
    • Track and analyze delivery statistics to forecast optimal supply, market and location design as well as dispatch and support headcounts
    • Work with the Product Team to conduct market research, customer research, usability testing, and UAT to ensure we're designing the correct solutions
    • Develop a deep understanding of our operating systems and tools, driver app, and analytic systems and use this knowledge to identify and solve problems
    • Implement and improve logistics protocols to optimize delivery metrics to achieve healthy markets
    • Establish market profiles and keep logs/records of partners, brands, markets, and driver supply

    Qualifications

    You Bring

    • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant work experience in transportation, logistics, or operations
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
    • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
    • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software
    • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
    • A doer who builds trust within teams and creates excitement about the challenges we plan to tackle
