This hire will primarily support teams within the Product Engineering group who focus on machine learning, artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, and back-end development. This hire will be tasked with responsibilities with new development projects, testing, debugging, and researching new topics. As a participant in the New Grad Program, you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career with Epsilon. The program includes a 12-week training curriculum (both professional & technical training), a formal mentoring partnership, various networking opportunities (speed networking events, leader meet & greets, group lunches and social events), and long-term career guidance.Responsibilities May Include (All or Some) Tasks Below:- Assist in the development of prototype versions of software modules and applications
- Diagnose and analyze customer reported product issues, identifying the root cause and provide to fixes for product defects as required.
- Create and implement code testing using various technologies such as J-Unit & Cucumber
- Plan, document, and conduct code testing
- Design and develop both front-end and back-end modules
- Develop utilities using AWS Lamda or similar technology to automate operational tasks
- Make enhancements and fix defects in the Skynet application (.Net, Ansible, Powershell, Shell scripting)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree candidate with Computer Science or Software Engineering, or similar focus
- Understands concepts within object-oriented programming, cloud development, big data development & web-based/mobile application development
- Proficient in Java, SQL, Unix, .Net, C#, Javascript, Springboot, Angular JS, AWS Cloud, & ETL tools (preferred)
- Excellent listening & communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in a team & build effective relationships
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Self-starter, with strong initiative
