Software Support Analyst Contract to Hire Irving, TX (On-site 4 days a week) Summary Seeking an energetic and talented Software Support Specialist to support the customer facing applications. They will be providing phone support and assisting end clients on both eCommerce and mobile apps. Successful candidates will have 1-2 years of experience supporting IT technologies and software. Candidates must have the ability to quickly learn the technology and software platforms. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, extrovert, good troubleshooting skills, answering questions, be analytical and be able to express themselves well. Experience with end-user customer support and system administration Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with field users, product teams and management group Ability to work and communicate independently; and demonstrated ability to use good judgement Experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools Experience working with development teams and using support ticketing system(s) Experience selling technology solutions to management and end-users is a plus #MON-SPG #Dice-SPG #CB-SPG
