- Hands on testing as needed with attached forecourt devices related to fuel sales at convenience stores.
- Mobile phone based testing as needed related to loyalty and fuel loyalty as well as other attached IOT devices.
- Creation of test cases and test plans related to customer experience and overall flow of the health of the system.
- Working with development teams to refine developer owned unit tests and automated testing to bring synergy between automated testing and manual testing.
- Familiarity with JIRA (familiarity with JIRA test tools like Zephyr a huge plus).
- Experience in a physical lab environment.
- Experience with Agile development and SDLC (SCRUM or Kanban).
- Experience creating test cases, scenarios, and test plans.
