Job Description

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Pardot Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for documenting and executing client multi-channel campaigns and ad-hoc reporting deliverables. You will bring your proven creative, analytical, and project management capabilities to support the imagination an planning, then the implementation and optimizing of compelling automated email programs that drive customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about email marketing with proven experience using scalable tools to increase brand recognition, product adoption, and engagement for B2B audiences.

The Senior Automation Analyst will also own measurement of email programs, reporting on email marketing initiative impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather detailed Pardot business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Develop, execute, and maintain high-impact multi-touch email campaigns that inspire consumers and drive customer engagement
  • Manage Pardot email logic streams, automation rules, customer segmentation, forms and landing pages, and email template creation
  • Administration and management of Marketing integrations, routing, fields, apps, and functionalities within Salesforce
  • Facilitate implementation of Pardot feature enhancements
  • Optimization of lead scoring and distribution methodology to ensure quality leads are routed through Pardot/salesforce and notifications are sent to the sales team, increasing efficiencies and conversion rates
  • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other key marketing ops functions and ensure accurate synchronization between the Pardot and Salesforce databases
  • Ensure required data is captured at all customer touchpoints and accurate synchronization between Pardot and Salesforce dashboards
  • Leverage Salesforce and Pardot and other tools to create dashboards and reports to track the ROI of marketing activities and ensure effectiveness and continued investment
  • Use data to develop a deep understanding of the email channel and translate insights into improvements that drive performance throughout the marketing funnel
  • Facilitate implementation of Pardot feature enhancements
  • Establish the KPIs for campaign performance tracking and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Bring to the table a thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing automation and ensure these are in place to maintain the integrity of the Pardot data and garner the best results from campaigns

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in email marketing
  • Pardot Specialist certification or 3+ years' experience managing Pardot Engagement Studio Programs
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other related field
  • Marketing ops experience using Salesforce.com
  • Strong background in data analysis
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong HTML and CSS skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player
  • Process and quality-oriented with sharp attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing email marketing programs for a large brand or business
  • Analytical thinker who uses data to develop and measure marketing programs
  • Capacity to successfully develop relationships with various client contacts, their partners and the internal team.
  • Ability to balance needs of multiple constituents to ensure program delivery and quality control to meet the organizational needs.
  • Strategic marketing understanding including knowledge of integrated marketing programs.
  • Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
