    Responsibilities

    The Company

    7Drive is 7-Eleven's delivery division and we're on a mission to bring on-demand delivery to cities and towns throughout the United States.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and organize daily activities related to production and delivery operations.
    • Monitor and owns delivery-system configurations/settings to maximize delivery volume, while ensuring on-time, defect-free deliveries.
    • Measure productivity and delivery market health by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
    • Analyze sales information with marketing and sales departments to determine pricing, timing, and number of sales promotions, and deliveries.
    • Develop best-in-class tools, insights, and processes to enable delivery operations excellence
    • Present analyses and findings to the leaders and cross-functional partners
    • Define and execute process-improvement initiatives and update organization's operational SOPs and policies.
    • Determine operational needs to meet goals.
    • Support budget preparation tasks alongside the operations unit.
    • Work with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful delivery operations.

    Qualifications

    You Bring

    • Proven process improvement experience where you've positively impacted a growing business
    • Data analysis skills to understand a complex operation, and identify improvement opportunities
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Google Workspace or related software.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work.
    • Ability to explain technical problems and offer solutions to those without technological training.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred (preferably in business, economics, math, or other related field)
    • 2+ years experience in an operations/operations management/strategy role
