- Research, prototype, and develop software solutions to solve problems across retail
- Stay up to date with tech, prototype with and learn new technologies/emerging libraries
- Collaborate & Learn from - peers across multiple disciplines, such as UX Design Partners, Products and Systems Design Teams, computer vision & machine learning Engineers.
- Deliver on time with a high bar on quality of research, innovation and engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with development using JavaScript & related Technologies
- Last 3+ years of hands-on responsive web development using react.js/React-Native
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT, SSO, OAUTH, etc
- Experience with web frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Webpack, LESS, Bootstrap, Dust Demonstrated awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues, and client-side performance
- Has Experience creating accessible components, including knowledge of ARIA and WCAG conformance.
- Solid Experience using State Management, Storybook, pagination, etc
- Has very good understanding of supporting APIs, cache layers
- Understanding of MVC / MVVM / MVP structure and development patterns
- Experience working with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Good experience with API development using Node/Nest.js and MongoDB
- Experience with various UI toolkits and interaction models
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- 3+ years of experience in deploying code on S3/CloudFront, API Gateway, Apache HTTP, NGINX
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Gulp, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Knowledge of Microservices based architect
- Good to Have: Familiarity with Jenkins Pipeline, AWS Cloud Formation Deployments, AWS/Azure Certifications.
