Essential Skills

Project/Team lead experience

Full-cycle programming

MS languages C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, WCF and .NET Remoting

Back-end database in SQL SERVER

SCM tools (Subversion, TFVC and/or GI)

Working experience on Crystal Reports and SSRS

Object-oriented design and development skills

Back-end programming skills to navigate T-SQL stored procedures, nested stored procedures, temp tables and view

Exposure to automated builds and deployments using TFS CI/CD, Cruise Control etc.

Experience in Healthcare industry a plus

Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing

Utilizes available technology, tools, and existing designs

Resolves the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors

Works in supporting legacy systems and processes/workflows it's built around

Participates in leading Data conversion projects

Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts

Acts as expert technical resource to programming teams in program development, testing, and implementation processes

Quickly and efficiently converts business requirements to technical development specifications that meet BCP requirements

Designs and codes superior technical solutions

Codes applications that process efficiently and accurately

Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions

Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings

Delivers informative, well-organized presentations to appropriate audience

Effectively employs several database design techniques

Creates well designed, reusable objects

Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
