Job Description:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or another related Engineering discipline.
Work Experiences:

  • 10+ years of Experience developing Data Integration solutions using various design patterns like Batch and Streaming ETL, Publish & Subscribe, SOA, and API's. Managed file transfer and Data Replications etc.
  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial capacity leading, coaching, and mentoring Data Engineering professionals
  • 6+ Years of solid experience delivering Enterprise Application Data Integration at a leadership capacity
  • Strong experience around SQL
Skills:
  • Spring Boot, Kafka, Data Integration, SOA, Publish/Subscribe Architecture, Batch and Streaming ETL, SQL, Scripting languages, Big Data Tools, RDBMS, API's, Microservices, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Scripting languages preferably Python, Object Oriented languages preferably Java will be a huge plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office program experience, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Responsibilities:
  • Lead & Manage IT Middleware Integration development responsibilities for enhancing and maintaining various Integration patterns ensuring Data Integration aligns to Enterprise Standards
  • Establish Trust and Build a relationship with senior-level stakeholders in various functional areas within business
  • Lead Data Integration Engineers to deliver a well-designed scalable Information Management eco-system
  • Provide expertise and recommend solutions to complex Data Integration technical issues
  • Formalize standards and best practices for various data Integration design patterns, Real-time data integrations, and establish design patterns for scalable analytics eco-system
  • Lead, Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and options for SOA based data integration
  • Ability to manage tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules
  • Responsibilities may change; team members may be required to perform other tasks as assigned
