Work Experiences:10+ years of strong functional implementation experience in one or more new-age cloud-based supply chain package solutions including but not limited to Manhattan, Korber, Blue Yonder, Oracle, SAP, etc.10+ years of experience around functional configuration on WMS, TMS package solutions Serve as a “Product Champion” for business to enable their needs to be met through product capabilities/offeringsPlayed the role of a Functional Lead/Architect of at least 4 to 5 end-to-end package implementation initiativesSupply Chain Systems Very good experience in process mapping, process flows, and process modeling requiredExperience leading multiple, disparate stakeholders through the design of large, complex projects, processes, and technology solutions while operating within a software delivery lifecycle preferred Skills:Functional skills related to WMS, TMS, and other supply chain domain-specific package solutions offered by Manhattan Associates, Korber, Blue Yonder, Oracle, SAP, etc. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and externalAnalytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skillsSelf-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet multiple critical deadlines at once
