Job Description:Education:- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required
- 2+ years of website content management experience required
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines
- Professional demeanor, effective listener, clear presenter, and succinct write
- Ability to analyze, articulate, and solve complex problems and concepts to make effective business decisions
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internally and externally
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized
- Working knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and proficiency in word processing software
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiar with the use of a content management system
- Create a personalized and relevant web experience for prospective customers on Academy.com
- Create and manage web activities in ContentStack and Kibo to drive personalization on the front-end website
- Manage all .com consumer-facing publishing activities including after-hours campaigns, online store data management, and time-sensitive updates
- Plan, create, and execute Customer Segmentation Processes and apply them to company priorities
- Set up and implement A/B testing strategies for different types of creative elements
- Monitor website content refreshes during work hours and after hours
- Troubleshoot and remediate customer-facing digital experience
- Create segments and target audiences for content
- Complete proofing and Q/A for all content and scheduling
- Track and report on the performance of content and web activities
- Give analytical feedback and reports to stakeholders for campaigns run
- Provide leadership to merchant team on best practices for creative asset use
- Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
