High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred

Work Experiences:

Good math skills

Ability to count merchandise accurately

Ability to understand computer printouts

Communication – effective listening, speaking and writing

Operate computer – hand held and/or desktop

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily productivity standards

Use Radio Frequency equipment to locate merchandise

Verify condition, style, SKU #, P.O. #, quantity, and serial numbers by packing list

Ensure accuracy of shipments by verifying styles, quantity and serial numbers by packing list

Pack merchandise, prepare labels and complete required paperwork/data entry

Visually check each tote of handguns by printed packing list to ensure the accuracy of the shipments

Close and seal totes, performing the ADD function

Verify long gun shipment by placing long guns into small bundles or onto a pallet

Visually check each bundle or pallet for accuracy using printed packing list of container

Shrink wrap bundle or pallet

Deliver firearms to shipping – logging each bundle, pallet or tote on log sheet, scan into a staging area and physically deliver to these staging areas

Randomly perform inventory checks to verify the accuracy of inventory

Operate forklift equipment

Required to learn company policies and procedures

Required to learn company safety rules

Maintain flexibility regarding job assignments - work with other departments and work scheduled overtime as needed

Maintain safe and clean working environment by adhering to sanitation policies and procedures

Constantly stand, walk, reach, handle, use repetitive motions (hand/wrist/fingers) and feel; frequently required to stoop, crouch, use fingers, grasp, push, and pull; occasionally required to balance

Constantly lift up to 20 pounds; frequently lift 21 to 40 pounds; and occasionally lift 41 to 60 pounds

Occasionally climb stairs and work in mezzanines and modules up to 35 feet high

Ability to work in extreme temperatures required

Ability to hear and specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior
