Together, the different backgrounds, experiences, ideas and perspectives of our employees drive our success.DescriptionIf you are selected as the Water Management Lead you will be responsible for the coordination, daily planning and tracking of all water resources for drilling and completion operations in the Eagle Ford area. Ensure that all field operations are compliant with all regulatory, health, safety, environmental, landowner agreements and organizational policies & procedures. Ensure water of sufficient quantity and quality is available to meet all D&C Operations needs as required.Your responsibilities may include:

Coordinating contractor and consultant workforce to accomplish tasks as necessary

Managing and coordinating water transfer to frac spreads and water supply to drilling rigs

Identifying routes for water transfer across the Eagle Ford

Assist ROW Agents in identifying temporary routes from source to job

Capture all water volumes used

Draft payment requests for water and ROW usage

Collaborating with Land in dealing with agreements

Oversee the procurement of frac pit and water well agreements as well as ROW for temporary water lines.

Coordinating changes between Houston and field personnel

Oversee the capturing of all water volumes and footage of lines laid on land-owners property

Determining infrastructure needs based on future development planning

QC on building frac pits, lines laid and maintenance of frac pits

Reviewing documents and coordinating changes of documentation with land- owners as well as lawyers and water consultants

Conducting weekly meetings for scheduling and planning

Reviewing and scheduling upcoming jobs needing water transfer ops and reviewing schedules for any conflicts

Conducting safety meetings

Communicating daily with project leads on jobs and safety

Permitting all water and water wells with the underground water districts

Send monthly water volumes to the districts

Compiling all invoice trackers and line sheets for each job

Coordinating with procurement on any price issues

Continually seek technology improvements

Qualifications:Basic/Required:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee or asylee

5 years experience in the oil and gas industry

3 years experience in Drilling and Completions

Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to travel 10% on a yearly basis

Preferred:

5 years experience in water management for Drilling and Completions

3 years of supervisory experience

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SAP

Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Experience working in a multinational, multicultural environment

Experienced in simultaneous operations

Safety and regulatory training consistent with company standards

Commitment to protecting the health and safety of everyone involved COPC activities

Strong leadership and communication skills complimented with openness to new ideas, leading by example, and the ability to receive and give feedback

Strong influencing skills

Familiarity with a network of rig contractors and related service providers
