We are searching for dependable people with a valid drivers license able to drive company vehicles to job sites and perform landscape installation duties that consist of installing flowers, shrubs, turf, trees, irrigation systems and hardscapes .
Drivers must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes and have landscape installation experience.
This is not a Driver only position, there is labor worked involved.
Duties
. Drive company vehicle to job sites.
. Help create new landscape plantings around the foundation of a home or business.
Landscape work consist of planting shrubs, trees, flower beds, Installing artificial turf and laying sod.
. Help install irrigation systems.
Irrigation consist of installing underground pipe, ground covers, and sprinkler heads.
. Help build retainer walls using concrete blocks.
. Help install French drains and building outside living areas (fireplaces, water fountains, patios, etc.)
Requirements
. Proven experience in an outdoor labor-intensive role is preferred.
. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
. Able to communicate and follow instructions from project managers and crew leads.
. Background Check
. Valid driver's license with clean driving record.(drivers MUST be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes)
Skills / Abilities
. This job requires the repeated and coordinated use of your arms, hands, wrists, and fingers to use handheld tools and manually weed or install plants, trees, etc.
. Demonstrated ability to follow verbal instructions.
. Physically able to lift and carry heavy items (e.g., potted plants and shrubs).
. Able to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, and pull.
. Able to work outdoors for several hours of the day, in all weather conditions.
We work Monday- Friday between the hours of 6:45am to 5pm. (No weekends)
STARTING PAY IS $16.50/HOUR
