Hiring experienced tree climber.
Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Looking for person with a minimum of 4 years of professional tree climbing experience.
Skills/Experience required:
-tree climbing with saddle, harness, rope with ability to limb walk comfortably
-tree/limb rigging using ropes, various knots, lowering devices, etc
-advanced tree pruning skills with basic understanding/knowledge of trees
-ability to safely remove trees of any height or size no matter the obstacles around or under them
-willing to assist crew with other duties such as equipment/vehicles maintenance, with cleanup/chipping and manual loading of wood
-valid driver license and experience driving pickup trucks/chip trucks with trailer/wood chipper, etc
Not required, but a plus:
-foreman or crew leader experience
-CDL Class B License or willing to acquire it
-aerolift/bucket truck experience

-works SAFE and EFFICIENTLY and takes INITIATIVE
-RESPECTFUL/COURTEOUS
-follows directions, requires minimal supervision and is WILLING to continue to learn and shares knowledge with peers
Pay is $16-$20+ per hour, depending on speed, experience and skill level
