Great Causes Texas Auctions Co-op is seeking a Fundraising Director to help achieve the financial goals and objectives of our mission to financially support non-profits whose great causes serve families, children, education and jobs in central Texas.
We are seeking an experienced fundraising director to supervise multiple funding programs that support and promote great causes, our stakeholders, partners, contributors and volunteers to create a positive impact and improve the betterment of our communities in central Texas.
The fundraising director role also functions as a program director, whose responsibility includes the strategic, and practical execution and delivery of the overall success of each program. The director will supervise staff and and volunteers, inform management on progress and performance. This role requires a person to have a broad knowledge and understanding of management principles. They must be strategic, as well as tactical, to lead and develop staff and volunteers in order to achieve success for our multiple funding programs.
Great Causes Texas Auctions Co-op is an IRS approved tax exempt 501. (c) (3) Non-Profit Charitable Corporation serving in the State of Texas. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization and to our partners within the co-op.
