We are a local Concrete Contracting company looking for a remote (in office at least once per week) office assistant to join our team.
We serve both Residential & Commercial Clients, and are looking for someone dependable to help manage day-to-day administrative tasks and keep our operation running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm jobs.
- Order materials and track deliveries.
- Handle light bookkeeping.
- Prepare invoices, reports, and documents.
- Maintain organized digital files and records.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office or administrative experience (construction experience is a plus).
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel/Sheets, and Quick-books.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace.
Schedule and Pay:
- Around 30 hrs a week.
- Mostly remote; in office at least once a week.
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
