• Liaison with senior USAF personnel
• Interface with AF customers, SAIC EUS service desk agents, and engineers in a polite, positive, and professional manner to resolve escalated technical issues
• Promptly handle incoming support calls and respond in a timely manner within documented SLAs to support tickets
• Manage compliance orders ensuring endpoint security meets DoD requirements
• Maintain technical knowledge and stay current on work relate emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Identify or investigate and escalate potential issues affecting IT security
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT or cyber security
• Ensure all patching is accomplished in accordance with standard Change Management and Government processes
• Perform continuous in depth analysis on results and provide strategic solutions to improve performance.
• Perform any and all functions related to Security Incident Response
• Maintain system configuration design documentation
• Maintain continuity documentation for this position

• Associates degree and a minimum 3 years of SOC, InfoSec, or cybersecurity management related experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interface with senior level customers
• Must be a team player
• Self-motivated
• Security+ CE Certification, or other IA2 level Security certification required
• Demonstrate familiarity with STIG requirements within the DoD environment required
• Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• US Citizen

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform a plus
• Familiarity with AF TCNO and MTO Process
• Familiarity with the following security tools:
  • HP Sure Click, Carbon Black, McAfee, HBSS preferred
