Works highly complex and difficult assignments related to
planning, designing and implementing IT systems to meet business
requirements of customer organizations.
Conducts comprehensive analysis of IT capabilities by
documenting the highly complex architectures and processes of
current, projected and proposed IT systems to meet agency and/or
organizational objectives.
Provides IT expertise in the production of integrated
architectures by applying knowledge of IT design tools, methods
and techniques as well as life cycle management concepts, cost
benefit analysis, systems architecture and integration
techniques.
Applies and/or adapts statistical and evaluative methodologies
to analyze the security, reliability and utilization of complex
systems and networks already in existence.

QualificationsFor all positions individuals must have IT-related experience
demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. The
