Laboratory Technician - Seadrift, TX (long term)Pay rate: $18-23/hr based on experienceKelly Services is currently seeking an experienced, team-oriented Laboratory Technician to join a long-term team in Seadrift, Texas! Do you have what it takes?The Laboratory Technician performs routine analyses, evaluates the results, and calibrates and maintains analytical systems to provide analytical data to produce and release products.Daily Duties:
Follow the Analytical Work Process, and EHS procedures and practices
Analyze routine and non-routine samples according to sample plan within specific unit
Perform basic calibration and maintenance of analytical systems
Use electronic tools such as LIMS, Electronic Logbook, and Compliance Task, as required
Evaluate validity of data, apply basic statistics, interpret results, and take appropriate action
Document, communicate and archive analytical results and calibrations data
Required Qualifications:
Previous laboratory/wet chemistry experience
Quick learner
Team oriented mindset
Bachelor’s Degree preferred – Associate’s required (in-progress accepted also!)
