Job Description
Swabbing Responsibilities:- Responsible for performing swabs per protocol to patients (e.g., Verify patient data and eligibility)
- All other tasks performed including but not limited to registration, crowd control, etc.
- Fielding and answering questions from patients within the scope of their responsibility area, otherwise, escalating questions to the Clinical Site Lead
- Responsible for developing the test
- Responsible for documenting results
- All other tasks performed including but not limited to registration, crowd control, etc.
- Fielding and answering questions from patients within the scope of their responsibility area, otherwise, escalating questions to the Clinical Site Lead
- Assist patients with registration process by walking them through instructions
- Assist with crowd control as needed
- Assist with patient questions; direct questions to the appropriate staff
- Move inventory and supplies as needed
- Responsible for proper data entry into any systems required
