- 7+ years of experience designing and writing software using the Microsoft stack of technologies specifically SQL Server, .Net, C#
- 2+ years of experience developing on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, CDS, Power BI), SharePoint, and Dynamics
- Building and configuring Power Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate as well as governance and implementation of the Power Platform tools themselves.
- Building and consuming RESTful APIs and thoroughly documenting using OpenAPI
- Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure
- Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for identifying ways to apply solutions to increase business value and performance
- Considerable experience in system analysis and design, or business process analysis and re-engineering required
- Must have analyzed and redesigned business and workflow processes, and played a key role in the marketing or change management
