This position is responsible for developing, implementing, managing and meeting or exceeding the Operational goals of our clients and Company. The Team Lead will and may work closely with their team, Team Leads, Operations Managers and the client to work on opportunities with new and emerging approaches to our clients’ business processes. This position will follow and ensure that client and company policies and procedures are followed and will also perform any and all job related duties as assigned.

Supporting staff to be successful and work as a team

Manage day-to-day problem solving and first point of contact for team questions.

Quality assurance reviews, feedback, and other trainings as necessary.

Ability to work with other leads to develop policies and procedures as needed.

Overseeing all aspects of the client including charge posting, payment posting, adjustments, insurance follow up, and patient collections.

Organizing and facilitating regular team meetings and client meetings.

Mid-year and year end employee reviews and feedback.

Organizing team building exercises.

Attending leadership trainings.

Strong understanding of PM system and supporting software/systems used.

Handling all vacation and sick requests.

Handling employee and client issues when appropriate and in absence of the manager.

CPB and CPC certifications to be discussed.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with staff and client.

Strong leadership qualities.

Ability to research billing guidelines.

Provide training, coaching and mentoring to Team Members.

Act as a role model for team, office, and company.

Demonstrate the desire for ongoing education.

One evening required per month or when needed.

Additional hours may be required for this project.

Some limited travel to client sites may be required.

Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

Work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently

Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment to coordinate work

Frequently travels by airplane, train or car as necessary to perform work at another location

Regularly uses close visual acuity and operates computer equipment to prepare and analyze and transmit data

Generally works in an office environment
