Job DescriptionQualified individual will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing our organization-s overall marketing and advertising initiatives. This role will ensure the team is meeting goals, delivering creative and highly effective strategic campaigns across all initiatives. The Director of Marketing will ensure the organization-s communication plan is distributed across all channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet marketing objectives.Position Responsibilities:
Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
Understand best practices and trends in marketing and understand how to build and convert a digital audience
Develop a marketing strategy for new and existing products
Oversee implementation of the marketing strategy; including campaigns, events, digital marketing and public relations to ensure brand consistency
Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and ensure the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team
Seek out new ways to deliver messaging, such as mobile platforms, video and new or other social media platforms
Conduct market research; pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations
Development and implementation of the brand strategy that encompasses all marketing segments
Plan and manage the marketing budget
Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs
Develop and deliver marketing communication strategies for the organization
Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
Requirements
Bachelors or master-s degree in Marketing
10 years of well-rounded marketing or business development experience
Extensive knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
Highly analytical and creative mindset
Confident, driven and dynamic leader
